DIAMOND SKILLS CAMP PARENT PACKET
 
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP ARRANGEMENTS


Please follow the simple directions below for child safety and time saving:

There will be a table setup with the Diamond Skills Camp Banner displayed. All the coaches will be available on the field. DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR CHILD BEFORE 8:45 AM. We will need to check each camper in on the first day with a parent or guardian present.

  • In the morning for drop-off, only the child needs to check in after the first day. Parents do not have to leave their car to sign in. When player comes to camp we will check the camper off. You are more than welcome to walk in with your child and sign them in.
  • For pick-up, ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN SIGN THEM OUT. If a parent isn’t picking them up, they must alert the camp director via the camp registration form, camp email ([email protected]), or in person in the morning. Campers will not be able to leave the field until an adult has signed them out.

 

UPDATED INFORMATION AND POLICIES FOR SUMMER 2020 DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC GUIDELINES AND PRECAUTIONS

1) All Campers Are REQUIRED to bring there own refillable water bottle.  We will not be providing cups to campers for drinks at snack breaks

2) There will be no shared equipment between campers!  All campers must have what they need to play!  Most importantly for baseball camps own Glove, Bat & Helmet

3) MAKE SURE YOU PACK YOUR CAMPER ENOUGH FOOD!  There will absolutely no sharing of food between campers during SNACK & LUNCH BREAKS!

4) The only shared equipment will be Baseballs and balls used to play which will be disinfected DAILY.

5) BATTING GLOVES ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO PREVENT DIRECT CONTACT WITH EQUIPMENT 

6) We will have campers and coaches wash and or sanitize hands periodically through the day of camp.

 

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP


All Campers Need to Bring a Lunch. The camp provides daily snacks, water, and sports drinks.

For Baseball Sessions please make sure your camper is wearing/brings (please put name on all gear):

  • Baseball pants or sweat pants- PLEASE NO SHORTS (CAMPERS WILL WORK ON SLIDING)
  • Athletic Shirt and sweatshirt/jacket
  • Baseball socks
  • Belt if wearing baseball pants
  • Baseball bag or backpack
  • Baseball cap
  • Baseball Glove
  • Athletic Shoes (Bring cleats with you. Don’t wear your cleats to the field! – it is not necessary to have cleats)
  • Any other baseball accessories, including a bat (not required however)
  • Sunscreen (it is best if you have it already on your camper when they arrive)

For All-Sports Sessions please make sure your camper is wearing/brings (please put name on all gear):

  • Sweat pants or shorts
  • Athletic Shirt and sweatshirt/jacket
  • Sports bag or backpack
  • Baseball cap
  • Baseball
  • Athletic Shoes
  • Any other athletics accessories, including a bat (not required however)
  • Sunscreen (it is best if you have it already on your camper when they arrive)
